Meet me again ^.^ I would like to share my experience to make a crossword exercise. I have just realized that the crossword can help us to make interesting teaching about vocabularies. So now I want to share it to you

There are 2 types of crossword.

1.       A crossword with text hints

2.       A cross word with image hints

Ok! Now I will show you to make it.

1. Open http://www.toolsforeducators.com/

2. CLICK “Free Crossword Puzzle Maker”.

3. Click Red circcle if you want to make a crossword with text hints or click one of topics under blue circle if you want to make a crossword with images hints.

4. Type your answer and your hints. You can make a hint with a word or a sentence

5. then click “get crossword” and will appear the result

Those are Steps how to make a crossword. It is easy, Isn’t it?

If you want to make a cross word with images hints. Just click a topic and the steps are like making crossword with text hints.

Okay guys those are steps making a crossword. I hope you can make it better than mine and you can make an interesting teaching that can make your students loving English.

GAME

1. divide your students become some groups

2. give them the Crossword paper and ask them to do it together with their group.

3. the group which can finish it first is the winner.

Dice Maker

This application may be useful for you who have been teaching. It can improve your student’s vocabularies by guessing vocabulary from each side of dice.

I will show you how to use this application. Just follow my instruction and your teaching will be interesting and exciting.  ^.^

1. Open http://www.toolsforeducators.com/

2. CLICK “Dice Maker”.

3. you can choose what dice you want to make

There are three choices. Text only, text with dots , and images.(red)

And you have to choose how many dices will you make. (blue)

(click two dices and text only) (purple)

4.  next, fill the blank box with word which you want. For example, I fill all of the blank boxes with names of job.(red)      

5. then CLICK “ Make It”.

6.  The design of your dice are ready. (You have to cut out the dice then fold in the shape of cube and paste the grey sections to the inside of the dice)

If you want to make image dice. You just choose a topic in the list. ( see 2^nd step above)

For example you choose fruit and vegetable.

Then you need to choose what fruits and vegetables that you want on your dices and make it.

GAME

1. divide your students become some groups

2. then you roll the dice and each groups have to guess what is the name of the pictures and the meaning

3. give score to group which can guess the pictures.

4. group which can answer the most pictures is the winner.

Word Search Maker

This application may be useful for you who have been teaching. It can train your students scanning some vocabularies that you put in another alphabets.

I will show you how to use this application. Just follow my instruction and your teaching will be interesting ^.^

1. Open http://www.toolsforeducators.com/

2. CLICK “Free Word Search Maker”.

3. CLICK “Text Hints”.

4. type the words you wish to include in puzzle

You have to have topic for your students, so they can search the words in the puzzle

I will give you an example and I use “ANIMAL” topic. You can see the list in red line that all words I typed about animal.

5. You can edit “puzzle case”, “direction”, “font” and “ grid size” Then CLICK “ Make It!” if you want to know the out put.

6.  Now you have your own search words. ^.^

Or maybe, do you want to make it more interesting with pictures for the clue???

You can use images as hints for your search word

1. Choose and click hints that you want.

2. Select your image and type the text for puzzle. (I choose family hints)

3. You can edit “puzzle case”, “direction”, “font” and “ grid size” Then CLICK “ Make It!” if you want to know the out put.

4. The result.

GAME

How to play it is easy and it can be interesting in your teaching

1. give your students wordsearch paper

2. ask them to search the words on paper or pictures

3. student who finish it first is the winner.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN BLOG

1. Open www.blogger.com (you must have Google Mail Account).







2. Click "Blog Baru".
